Young Leaders Programme

Our young leaders are involved in the running of our dynamic program, helping to evolve the experience of all of our athletes here at JNB. We aim to develop the experience and knowledge of our young leaders offering them the opportunity to gain qualifications.

  • The young leaders’ program is for those selected individuals aged 10 + who are interested in developing their skills and knowledge of gymnastics through coaching.

  • They will assist the coaches in the My Gymnastics classes, helping to encourage participation and development of the younger gymnasts within a safe and fun environment.

  • The young leaders will also have the opportunity to help out during school holidays with Holiday Clubs and JNB Events

  • We will provide all young leaders with a JNB T-Shirt, and they will work towards relevant qualifications throughout their time here when of age.

  • We will host young leader events throughout the year where possible.

 

We ask where possible all young leaders commit to 2 hours per week
