Birthday Party FAQ’s

What food is included?

A Ham or Cheese sandwich, packet of crisps, chocolate bar, yoghurt tube, squash and water

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Yes, we do our best to cater for all dietary requirements but please note that JNB is not a nut free environment so we would need to discuss any severe nut allergies with the party organiser

Do I need to bring a tablecloth?

No, we provide the tablecloth, plates and cups (for Purple parties only the food will be provided in sandwich boxes)

Can I bring additional food to add to the children’s lunch box?

Yes

Can I bring in refreshments for the adults?

You are able to bring light snacks in for the adults but the café will be open for hot & cold drinks

Can I bring in a birthday cake?

Of course! However, due to time constraints we recommend you bringing in a cake ‘for show’ and cupcakes to easily distribute to the children

Can I decorate the party room?

Yes, we are happy for you to bring small decorations and balloons but please take these with you when you leave

How much time do the children have in the relevant activity areas?

For all parties the children have 1 hour of activity followed by 30 minutes for lunch

Can I add any additional children?

Silver Party - No, 20 is the maximum

Purple Party - No, 30 is the maximum

Gold & Platinum - Yes you are able to add on children at £20 per child

I’ve reached my headcount but I’ve got parents asking me if they can bring siblings with them. What can I do?

For the majority of our parties we have a Superbounce session running alongside the hour of activity which they can book onto online, for the final 30 minutes we recommend they have a drink and relax in the café. PLEASE NOTE: if they book a Superbounce session they will not have access to the Gymnastics hall

Where are the party areas situated?

Silver - the room at the back of the café

Gold & Platinum - the Dance studio

Purple - the party room & mezzanine level behind the trampoline hall

What entrance should my guests use?

Silver - Door B at the front of the building

Gold & Platinum - Door C on the right hand side of the building

Purple - Door D on the left hand side of the building

Can I arrive early to set up?

You and your guests can arrive a maximum of 15 minutes early to set up

Do the adults need JNB Bounce Socks as well as the children?

All adults who want to go up onto the Trampoline Platform or into the Gymnastics Hall will need JNB socks

Am I able to swap Children’s JNB Bounce socks for Adult socks?

Yes
